About Us
Aloha! We are Shawn and Mavis.
Aloha is a Hawaiian word with many meanings, it could mean love, affection, hello and goodbye. But to us, Aloha means family, friends, and sincere hello from us.
But we are not from Hawaii, so why Aloha? Well, Mavis loves Lilo, a Hawaiian girl from Lilo and Stitch, there you go.
Oh wait, we need to talk about us. OK, let’s talk about us!!!
We met 9 years ago in Shanghai and being 8 years together till now. We are from different cities, but we shared massive same background and interests.
We are Disney couples. Not just obsessed with Disney cultures, but we also worked for Disney about 5 years, both Walt Disney World Resort in USA and Shanghai Disneyland in China. This was a great journey for us, creating Magic with a bunch of brilliant Cast Members.
Shawn worked in event team, that job brought him to Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr, Tom Holland, yada yada yada, ask him, he will tell you all about it. Mavis opened the Pirates of Caribbean ride in Shanghai, an attraction with the most cutting-edge technologies. She says she don’t remember much, so don’t ask her.
We are also a foodie couple. Love coffee, wine, and basically all good food, but mostly meat. We adore Tasmanian scallop pie! And now we can tell who the best is! (Debate us, but no hard feeling XO)
We love exploring and hiking new places in Tasmania, especially during wintertime, since the SNAKE won’t be active outside. So yeah, our hiking season is in hibernate in summer.

Sorry, we are just excited to know you, so we digressed, just a little.
We mostly capture things as they happen, we know how awkward it can be if people got pushed to pose for photos, so we try to avoid that. Shawn will tell you that you are most beautiful when you are just being you.
But hey, many great moments won’t just happen, so that’s why we can help make a difference, facilitate is probably a good word.
